Terms & Conditions – Coronavirus

• Should government decide to lockdown or close Schools due to Coronavirus you will have one of the below options:
  • School Term adjustments or School Term Discounts. Requests for refund will be subject to discretion purely on an exceptional basis. Refunds may result in your child losing their place on the service.
  • Opt for a discount for the following academic year.
• Cancellations of any direct debits without notice to the company may result in your child losing their seat on their route.

For reassurance of all passengers we have done risk assessments and have taken steps for the prevention of the spread of Coronavirus:

• Hand Sanitising Gels fitted to all vehicles
• All touch points wiped down between all journeys
• Allocated seating plans
• Face coverings to be worn by all travelling
• Vehicles regularly fogged
