COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
Please be rest assured that based on Government Guidelines TS Travels are complying with & have applied the following to prevent the spread of Covid-19
- Social distancing – where possible
- Usage of face coverings for those who are able to wear these & do not have health implications not to (please provide your own)
- Hand sanitisers fitted to all our vehicles- Unfortunately closed the onboard toilets & drinks facilities, but will have regular comfort stops en-route
- Please do not wear gloves when travelling on our vehicle – Gel Well (Sanitisers)
- In addition to our already thorough cleaning regime we have invested in fogging machines & specialist cleaning chemicals paying special attention to high frequent touch points
- Please do not travel if you feel unwell or have any symptoms of Covid-19
Your health Declaration:
We are collecting personal data of customers for the purposes of enabling us to carry out contact tracing and other response measures, in response to an emergency that may arise due to the current pandemic of Coronavirus (Covid-19) that may threaten the life, health or safety of other individuals. The information collected in Names, Numbers, address and email addresses of all passengers.
We have the right to refuse entry to any persons who are unwell, who have been to locations of public health concern in the past 14 days or who have been in contact with any person with confirmed case of Coronavirus.
You are required to be able to answer these questions to be sure and accept these conditions to travel:

A temperature check maybe administered by our drivers prior to boarding our vehicles for travel, if a temperature of 38c or higher is detected you will be unable to travel.
By agreeing NO above, you are consenting both to this check and also that you will comply and cooperate with any instructions issued by our staff and drivers.
Acknowledgement
I have answered all questions to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data and health information for the purpose set out on this form. This health declaration is for each passenger travelling on either of our Day Excursions, Events, Short Breaks or Holidays.
TS Travel Services Day Excursions, Events, Short Breaks and Coach Holidays Terms & Conditions
TS Travels Services reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking.
No contract of booking exists between any customer and TS Travels Services until the purchase of a ticket from the Company or one of our Agents.
Day Excursions are Payable within 28 days of departure & are non-refundable. In the event of you being unable to travel, with reasonable notice we are happy for you to change the name on your booking to another traveller or with agreement we will aim to work with you in transferring onto another day trip.
All occupied seats will be charged at the cost displayed when customers book, an occupied seat is a seat being used. Children 4 years and under will require booster seats/car seats – these will need to be provided and fitted by the parent/guardian.
Please note if you book a child place for an excursion which includes tickets/admission fees and the venue questions the age of the child and deems that they are actually an adult, they be refused entry or may be required to pay the additional amount of an adult ticket. Please note that if you book a place knowing that the said child is over the age stated by the venue, TS Travel Services cannot accept or responsibility or be held accountable in cases of refused entry or additional payment requests.
Holidays are only booked on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £60.00 per person. This is required at time of booking any of our holidays or within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation/invoice. The balance must be paid in full and 6 weeks prior to departure. The balance and date due will be confirmed on your booking invoice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking & retain your deposit should the balance not be paid at the time requested unless there is written agreement otherwise. Any bookings made within 6 weeks of the tour departure date will be due at the time of making the booking.
All seats must be booked directly with TS Travel Services or at one of our appointed Booking Agents. All issued tickets will state full details of your day trip or holiday such as date of travel, pick-up point, time, destination, number of booked seats, each allocated seat number contact telephone number.
Please ensure you arrive at your pick up point 5 – 10 minutes prior to your departure time. No liability will be accepted should a passenger arrive late
If you wish to cancel your holiday booking, you must inform us as soon as possible. Deposits unfortunately cannot be refunded. In the event of cancellation, the below charges will apply:

TS Travel Services reserves the right to cancel any day trip or holiday due to insufficient passenger travelling or due to company operational circumstances. In the unfortunate event of this occurring, then the ticket price will be refunded in full or you will be offered an alternative.
TS Travel Services reserve the right to make any necessary alterations to published holiday itineraries or to use an alternative hotel to the one advertised for reasons beyond our control. This will also stand for any of our day trips
All passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings/ luggage and ensuring it is loaded onto the coach, our company cannot be held responsible for belongings/luggage left behind. Any items left on board any of our vehicles and found by our driver, the item will be brought into our office at 95 Wakefield Road, Ossett, WF5 9JY. Items will only be stored for a maximum of 4 Weeks from the date found and after this period they will be disposed of how we see right. Any perishables items will be disposed of as soon at the time of being found.
We ask that you keep luggage down to one suitcase per person measuring no more than 26in x 8in x 15in and weighing no more than 33lb (15kg). In the interest of the health and safety of employees we ask clients to strictly observe the weight limit. Porter age facilities for suitcase’s which exceed this limit will be refused. A small holdall can be taken on board the coach.
TS Travel Services reserves rights to vary any route in case of a breakdown or emergency. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to itineraries, we will not be held responsible for any late arrival due to on-route traffic or effects to comply with the EU Drivers’ Regulations.
We will not be liable to you in any way or pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your booking in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions & unavoidable technical problems with transport.
Hot food is not permitted on board our coaches. No person will be allowed to take or consume alcohol on the vehicle and may be refused travel if found to be intoxicated or abusive to other passengers.
It is a legal requirement that passengers wear a seatbelt whilst seated, we ask that this is always strictly adhered to. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes is prohibited on all of our vehicles, we ask for this to be adhered to.
Except for guide/assistance dogs accompanying a disabled person, no other pets are allowed on board.
A limited number of wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be stored in the hold of our coach or minibus as long as we are informed at the time of the booking. All passengers must be able to climb the coach steps and be able to load their own equipment into the luggage hold. It is the responsibility of the owner of the items to be stowed securely.
Fares are subject to alteration without prior notice if circumstances affect operating costs.
Rest assured the price of your holiday is guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges except for those resulting from fuel costs, government action or for additional bonding/ licensing requirements and VAT. In all cases we reserve the right to pass any amounts on in full. All Holiday prices include coach travel and accommodation. The itinerary will advise of Meals/drinks if specified in the holiday description and any VAT at the current rate where applicable. Refreshments onboard any of our vehicles will incur additional charges on the days on board. Any gratuities to the hotel staff and driver/courier are discretionary.
Door to Door service will incur additional charges being a minimum of £25.00 these can be for one passenger up to however many required. Group pick up points can be arranged for either Day Excursions, Events, Short Breaks & Holidays, you must enquire at time of booking. These will not necessarily incur any additional charges as long as the group size is a minimum of 6 passengers and the decided pick up point is not too far off route. From time to time we may also use a feeder minibus service which will transport passengers to the main vehicle for any of the Day Excursions, Events, Short Breaks & Holidays.
In the unlikely event of any complaints during your day trip or holiday, firstly contact your driver/company representative who will do their best to resolve the problem immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved put your complaint in writing, along with your booking number and departure date to info@clickyourtrips.com within 7 days of the completion of your day trip or holiday. Complaints received will be thoroughly investigated and customers are kept informed at each stage of the investigation. Sometimes the investigations can take time when awaiting a response from accommodation suppliers etc. We can normally agree an amicable settlement of the very few complaints we receive and if the complaint is found to be genuine. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably between the matter will be referred to arbitration.
To ensure financial security for all persons booking, our clients are covered in full in the unlikely event of company insolvency we have all client funds entrusted within a client account. Meaning any money paid to TS Travel Services is paid directly into the account which cannot be retrieved by the company until the completion of your day trip or holiday. This will ensure that all client money is safe in the event of insolvency.
We do recommend for all clients to take out Travel Insurance & we will not accept responsibility or liability for any person who does not take out suitable or adequate cover.

GDPR
As you will be aware of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) regulations which came into force on 25th May 2018. That means we are required to refresh your consent to remain on our mailing list.
TS Travel Services Ltd of Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX acts as data controller in relation to your information.
Currently, we use your contact preferences to send you emails or letters to update you of our excursions and holidays etc when they become available and to send you any special offers that may appeal to you based on what you may have previously booked with us. We may also update you of coach and minibus hire offers or marketing materials.
In order for us to continue to send these to you we require you to update your consent choices, which are – Post, Email, Phone and SMS.
If you would prefer not to receive these from us then you can request all consent is removed and you will no longer receive any marketing emails or mail shots from us.

If you have registered on our website www.clickyourtrips.com you can amend your preferences by logging into your account. You can update your contact preferences at any time should you change your mind about receiving information from us. Please note that we will still contact you either by phone, email or letter, should we need to contact you, in relation to any current/future bookings or any outstanding balances that you have with us. For example, should we need to cancel an excursion that you are booked on, we will contact you to advise this at the earliest opportunity (either via phone/email or via post as a last resort). We will keep your data until such time as you tell us that you do not want us to, or until such a time that there has been a period of 1 year inactivity using your details.
We store data electronically and take all reasonable measures to keep it safe. We do NOT use cloud storage.
We do not pass any of your data to any other party, for any reason, at any time, unless we are required to do so by Law. Should we be required to hire in from another operator then they will only be supplied with the hire details and not any personal information without the customer consent. You always have the ‘right to be forgotten’. This means that if you would no longer like us to hold your details then you can request that we remove them from our database at any time. You can request this via the contact information above.
This does not stop you from contacting us in any future instances where you may require a booking; but we would be required to ask for all of your details again. You can also contact us as above if you wish to access or correct the data which we hold about you, or in certain circumstances to restrict its processing.
